In the span of a 15 years period, the company has expanded from a one man painting operation into one of the most respected painting and construction companies across Maryland and Washington, DC. Advance Construction Services, Inc., offers our clients the benefit of over 80 years of combined experience in commercial, industrial, and residential painting, drywall and all types of general construction. We currently employ over fifteen skilled tradesmen that range from apprentice level trainees to master craftsmen. Our services include but are not limited to commercial, residential and industrial painting, interior renovations, additions, architectural and engineering design/build services and disaster restorations.
